Two bedrooms, 2 baths (1 shower, 1 tub), and adjoining living room with fireplace and futon bed/couch. One bedroom has 1 Queen bed, second bedroom has 2 double beds.

Children, ages 4 - 11 will receive a 20% discount off the regular rate. Children 3 & under are free.

We welcome all groups including: family vacations/reunions, corporate retreats, and groups of 8 or more - Call for special group rates  - Please note there may be special group policies for cancellations and deposits.

RATES quoted include: Room(s), three home-cooked meals per full day, two horseback rides in the beautiful Arizona desert per full day (NO RIDING ON SUNDAYS) , swimming pool (heated seasonally), hot tub (heated year-round), billiards, basketball, horseshoes, ping-pong, tetherball, and all other ranch activities. RATES DO NOT INCLUDE local taxes and customary 15% service charge along with local tours, golf, fishing and all other activities off the ranch property. However, we can help you arrange these activities if you would like.

CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT: Reservations are subject to a $150 per person deposit. This deposit is not refundable within 45 days of arrival. All balances due are to be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date and are not refundable once payment is received (Group or holiday restrictions may apply). Payment can be made by checks drawn in U.S. dollars, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
