Accommodations at Stagecoach Trails Guest Ranch

Family Homes at Stagecoach Trails Guest RanchThe ranch consists of a main western themed Frontier Lodge and  southwestern themed Hualapai Dining Room/Kitchen with a beautiful courtyard separating the two buildings. There are two separate guest buildings, housing 10 guest rooms total. There are also two "Family Homes" (see tour) with two bedrooms, two baths, a living room with a sleeper futon and a fireplace in each unit. These "Family Homes" can accommodate four to eight guests. In addition, there is a gift shop, a tack room, stables and an arena area for the horses, a basketball hoop, pool table, horseshoe pit, swimming pool and hot tub. The buildings are located so that they all have beautiful views of the Hualapai, Mohave and Buck Mountains where guests are able to enjoy spectacular sunsets nightly (See Pictures of the Ranch)! The guest rooms each have a large porch area with benchesClick to see a 360 degree tour of a room with 1 Queen Bed and rocking chairs and face the beautiful Hualapai Mountains with the pool area nestled in between. The horse corral also has easy access from all of the buildings. The staff live on site since we feel their presence is essential to your wonderful vacation. Since they will treat you as family, we hope you will treat them the same. We (the owners, Dan and Carrie Rynders) also live at the ranch since our presence is also very important to the success of your vacation. All of the ranch buildings have fun and unique names. The Mohave building is decorated in a Southwestern flare while the Rawhide building is all western decor.

Click to see a 360 degree tour of the Frontier LodgeThe Frontier Lodge is the main focus of the dude ranch. With a western flare, this is where everyone gathers and are able to talk about their wonderful day, whether they went horseback riding, did some touring, sunbathed by the pool or just read a book in the courtyard. A huge fireplace is surrounded by comfortable couches and chairs for easy conversation and relaxing. There is a pool table inside as well as a separate TV room (The only place in the entire ranch where you can see TV!) in case you need to find out what has been happening in the world since you arrived at the ranch or just pick out one of our classic westernMohave Building with 4 guest rooms movies we have on hand.  A beautiful courtyard area complete with a center fountain and plenty of seating is perfect for occasional outdoor dining and evening entertainment (such as enjoying our spectacular sunsets or starry nights).  The courtyard separates the Hualapai Dining Room with its southwest decor from the Lodge. This is where everyone enjoys breakfast, lunch, and dinner together.  Although you may want to take your plates outside to the courtyard tables where you can enjoy the food and the view!

Rawhide Building with 6 guest roomsEach oversized guest room is equipped with a handicapped accessible bathroom (with either a roll-in shower or an ADA tub.  All have hand held shower units). We are able to accommodate up to 40 guests, just small enough so everyone will become good friends throughout their stay.  We have gone out of our way to make sure everyone can get around the ranch, including our guests in wheelchairs.  It is subtle so if you need the accessibility it is there and if you donít you will hardly notice all the special accessible features here!
